Melbourne’s favourite cheesy takeover – the Prahran Market Say Cheese Festival – is BACK on Sunday 20 October – and we CANNOT wait!

The Prahran Market Say Cheese Festival is a celebration of everything that is GRATE about cheese. From savoury to sweet, temperate to warm and oh so oozy, our resident and special-guest traders will be serving up so much cheesy GOUDA-ness you’ll BRIE in heaven.  There will be cooking demonstrations, sessions for grownups, live demos in the Neil Perry by Omega Demonstration Kitchen, bars to lounge in, music to chill to, and fun for the kids as well. And there will be more cheesy deliciousness than you can poke a fondue stick at.

10:00am – 10:45am Chocolate, Cheese & Booze Matching

Sounds quirky? That’s because it is. The only thing that could possibly make cheese and booze better is the addition of fine artisan chocolate for a three-way match.

For those that like it classic. All French cheeses matched to all French wines, in a magnifique match featuring some of the most iconic cheeses in the world.

2:30pm – 3:15pm Beer & Cheese Matching

Beer and cheese share earthy, yeasty characteristics and a centuries-long artisan history. We’re displaying some funky, weird beers for this one, matched to bold cheeses.

Tickets $40 per person, includes four cheeses matched to four boutique beverages in a guided cheese flight.

Limited places – these will sell out fast!

Please note:  Sessions are restricted to 18 years and over. Please bring a valid form of identification with you to the event.
