Raspberry Coulis – How-to video

Home made raspberry coulis

Try this simple raspberry coulis at home- it’s not going to disappoint because who doesn’t love delicious raspberries when they’re in season?!



1. Wash a punnet of raspberries
2. Put into a saucepan over a low heat
3. Mash up raspberries using a wooden spoon
4. Slowly add caster sugar a bit at a time. Keep tasting until it is as sweet as you like.
5. When it starts to bubble, it’s ready to take off the heat
6. Strain mixture over a sieve
7. Your coulis is ready to go!
8. Pour it over delicious meringues, slices, mousse and more!

Use this technique for any of your favourite fruits when they’re in season!
