TO ENTER:
⭐ Spend $100 or more on your Market shop between 17th August and 2nd September 2021.
⭐ Show either your receipt/s totaling $100 into the Market office (located on the Mezzanine level above Market Square), or your bags of actual groceries, along with the completed slip that you received via mail.
All eligible entries will receive a FREE Market Juteco shopping bag, valued at $7.50, and will go into the draw to win 1 of 10 $100 Prahran Market gift cards.
The competition closes 5 pm AEST Thursday September 2nd, 2021. Winners will be randomly selected. Winners must be able to collect their prize from the Market, in-person on an agreed date.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The promoter of the Competition is Prahran Market Pty Ltd 163 Commercial Road, South Yarra, 3141
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering this competition, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Conditions of Entry.
3. The total value of the prize pool is $1000.
4. Entry is open to all permanent Australian residents who are over the age of 18, excluding the directors, management and employees (and all their immediate families) of the promoter and associated agencies.
5. Prahran Market’s ‘#SupportPrahranMarket Letterbox Drop Competition’ commences 4 pm AEST August 17, 2021, and finishes on September 2, 2021, at AEST 5 pm.
6. To take part in the ‘#SupportPrahranMarket Letterbox Drop Competition’, eligible participants are required to spend $100 or more on their Market shop between 17th August and 2nd September, 2021, and submit proof of purchases to the Market office along with the slip that you received via mail. Each eligible entry will receive a FREE Market Juteco bag valued at $7.50.
7. All eligible entries must be entered by 5 pm AEST on the due date of August 26, 2021.
8. No late entries will be accepted.
9. No liability will be accepted for late, delayed or misdirected entries.
10. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. The draw will be conducted by and take place at Prahran Market Pty Ltd 163 Commercial Road, South Yarra, 3141 on September 6, 2021.
12. Winner will be notified by email. The Winner will be contacted on September 6, 2021. The winner MUST confirm their acceptance of the prize by return email by 5 pm AEST September 9, 2021.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
14. Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone, or amend this competition for any reason. Prahran Market’s decision is final.
15. The winners release the Promoter from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the Promoters of the prize.
16. In the event of a prize not being claimed, a new winner will be selected and notified on September 10, 2021.
17. All entry details of the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use the name of the prize winner(s) for promotional purposes without compensation unless the prize winner(s) advises the Promoter otherwise when accepting the prize. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information provided for facilitating the promotion, awarding prizes and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, and disclosing that information to its related entities and contractors for those purposes. The winners’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as required by law. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter sending future marketing materials to Entrants including by electronic messages. Entrants may ask the Promoter to access that personal information and request that corrections be made to it.
18. Winner must be able to collect their prize from the Market at an agreed date.
