Turmeric Smoothie Bowl

Recipe by Jo Feehan- Second Helping

Serves 1.

  • 170ml coconut yoghurt
  • Flesh of 1 custard apple (frozen)
  • Flesh of 1 medium mango (frozen)
  • 2 tsp grated fresh turmeric
  • 1 tblsp LSA
  • 1 tbslp grated raw hazelnuts
  • Garnish:
  • 1 tblsp chia seeds
  • 1 passionfruit
  • 1 mangosteen
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • Fresh mango pieces
  1. Place all your turmeric smoothie bowl ingredients in a food processor or blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Arrange the garnish on top.
