We’ve hit the halfway mark of spring (can you believe it?!) and Sourced and Seasoned contributor, Style My Plate, has treated us all to a weeknight winner for our schnitzel-loving shoppers: Sage & Parmesan Pork Cutlets.

Coated in a crispy panko and grated parmesan crumb, the tender, juicy cutlets are served alongside a fresh orange, cabbage and fennel salad tossed with a home-made, sweet honey mustard dressing.

In my opinion, it doesn’t get much better than crumbed meat, & these decadent, butter fried pork cutlets are no exception. The use of panko crumbs & parmesan gives cutlets the crispiest exterior, keeping the meat inside juicy & tender.
