Gary’s Christmas Ham

Recipe by Gary McBean, Gary’s Quality Meats

Impress the table with a magnificent home-glazed Christmas ham!

  • 200g orange zest marmalade
  • 200g orange juice
  • teaspoon crushed cloves
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • cherries ( For decoration)
  • cloves (For decoration)
  • 50ml Noble maple syrup
  • Free-range Berkshire Christmas Ham
  1. Combine ingredients into pot and place over medium heat.
  2. Stir ingredients until combined and reduce.
  3. Continue to stir while reducing, until consistency is to your liking (some prefer thick, while others thin).
  4. Remove the skin from your ham and score the fat.
  5. Decorate with cherries and cloves.
  6. Pour the glaze over the ham.
  7. Place in oven for 45 minutes on 160 degrees
  8. Gary’s Christmas Ham is now ready to serve!
