HOW TO ENTER:
We’re giving one lucky winner and a friend the chance to win a recipe kit each for the Say Cheese 2020 ‘Cooking with Kathy’ virtual cook along experience, worth $135, with our Cooking with Kathy Facebook Competition.
To enter, ‘Like’ our competition post on Facebook. Then, tag a friend who you’d share Kathy’s cheesy 3-course meal with outside of lockdown.
You must include you and your friend’s delivery postcodes in your entry, and both ‘Like’ the Prahran Market Facebook page to be eligible to enter.
Each Recipe Kit is worth $135 and includes quality Market ingredients to prepare a delicious three-course Greek dinner at home, as shown via Zoom by Sweet Greek‘s Kathy Tsaples, as well as home delivery.
Competition closes 5 pm AEST September 2, 2020. Winner will be selected at random and notified via social media. Prize will be delivered on either Thursday 10 or Friday 11 September.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The promoter of the Competition is Prahran Market Pty Ltd 163 Commercial Road, South Yarra, 3141
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering this competition, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Conditions of Entry.
3. The total value of the prize pool is approximately $270.
4. Entry is open to all permanent Australian residents who are over the age of 18, currently residing in Australia excluding the directors, management and employees (and all their immediate families) of the promoter and associated agencies.
5. Prahran Market’s ‘ Cooking with Kathy Facebook Competition’ commences 4 pm AEST August 27, 2020, and finishes on September 2, 2020, at AEST 5 pm.
6. To take part in the ‘ Cooking with Kathy Facebook Competition ’, eligible participants are required to ‘like’ the Prahran Market Facebook page and competition post, then ‘tag’ a friend on the competition post who they’d share Kathy’s cheesy 3-course meal with outside of lockdown. Entrants must include both theirs and their friend’s delivery postcodes with their response. Only entries within the Food Lovers’ Direct network will be eligible.
7. All eligible entries must be entered by 5 pm AEST on the due date of September 2, 2020.
8. No late entries will be accepted.
9. One entry per person.
10. No liability will be accepted for late, delayed or misdirected entries.
11. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
12. The draw will be conducted by and take place at Prahran Market Pty Ltd 163 Commercial Road, South Yarra, 3141 on September 3, 2020.
13. Winner will be notified by social media. The Winner will be contacted on September 3, 2020. The winner MUST confirm their acceptance of the prize by return email by 12 noon AEST September 4, 2020.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
15. Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone, or amend this competition for any reason. Prahran Market’s decision is final.
16. The winners release the Promoter from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the Promoters of the prize. Prizes that contain Platters will be pre-made by the traders at their discretion.
17. All entry details become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use the name and photograph of the prize winner(s) for promotional purposes without compensation unless the prize winner(s) advises the Promoter otherwise when accepting the prize. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information provided for facilitating the promotion, awarding prizes and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, and disclosing that information to its related entities and contractors for those purposes. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter sending future marketing materials to Entrants including by electronic messages. Entrants may ask the Promoter to access that personal information and request that corrections be made to it.
18. In the event of a prize not being claimed, a new winner will be selected and notified on September 4, 2020.
19. All entry details of the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use the name of the prize winner(s) for promotional purposes without compensation unless the prize winner(s) advises the Promoter otherwise when accepting the prize. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information provided for facilitating the promotion, awarding prizes and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, and disclosing that information to its related entities and contractors for those purposes. The winners’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as required by law. 20. Prize will be delivered via the Market’s delivery service on either Thursday 10 or Friday 11 September, 2020. Please note, delivery may be delayed. Winner/s will be notified if this is the case.
