Nectarine and Elderflower Granita

  • 8 nectarines, thinly sliced
  • 100ml elderflower cordial
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/2 vanilla pod
  1. Freeze the Thermomix bowl for 5 minutes.
  2. Place the cordial in Thermomix with 600gm ice, the lemon juice and the vanilla
  3. Mix full speed for 1 min
  4. Pour the granité on the sliced fruit
