  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 100ml boiling water
  • 2 generous scoops of vanilla ice-cream
  1. Place matcha in a small bowl. Add a small amount of boiling water and whisk to form a paste. Gradually add the rest of the hot water, whisking until smooth.
  2. Fill a glass with the ice-cream scoops, pour the matcha tea over the ice-cream. Serve your matcha affogato immediately.
