Lemon & Thyme Gin Sour

Add a classic touch to your next happy hour with this citrus-y Gin Sour recipe by Sarah Cooks

  • 30 millilitres lemon juice
  • 30 millilitres gin
  • 15 millilitres maple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • Ice
  1. Place the lemon juice, gin, maple syrup, and egg white into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Smack one sprig of thyme to release the oils and add to the cocktail shaker.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and place the lid on. Shake vigorously.
  4. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the remaining sprig of lime.

Serves 1.
