Hot Chocolate

Choose milk or dark couverture chocolate here according to taste.

  • 750ml whole milk or water
  • 250g couverture chocolate (milk or dark)
  • Marshmallows to serve
  1. Combine the milk and the couverture chocolate in a saucepan
  2. Over low heat, warm to 70°C. Once the mixture reaches 70°C, using a stick blender, blend until frothy.
  3. Serve with marshmallows.
