Coconut Chia Pudding

Serves 2

  • 120ml Organic Coconut Milk
  • 2½ tbs chia seeds
  • ½ cup granola
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup flaked coconut
  1. Place chia seeds and coconut milk in a bowl. Stir until completely mixed together. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
  2. When ready to serve, top your coconut chia pudding with granola, berries and flaked coconut.
