Carob Bliss Balls

Recipe by Jo Feehan- Second Helping

For a delicious, healthy snack.

  • 250 gm pitted dates
  • 75gm raw almonds
  • 25 gm raw pistachios
  • 2 tbslp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tblsp chia seeds
  • 2 tblsp carob powder
  1. Blitz in the food processor until well combined and nuts are broken down.
  2. Roll into 3 cm balls then roll in carob powder or LSA.
