Blackberry breakfast smoothie

Recipe by Jo Feehan- Second Helping

What a gorgeous way to start a lazy Sunday morning!

  • 1 punnet of blackberries, frozen
  • ½ cup natural yoghurt
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • To garnish:
  • Coconut shavings
  • Chia seeds
  • Goji berries
  • Freeze dried blueberries
  1. Combine blackberries, yoghurt and milk with a stick mixer or in a blender.
  2. It can be sweetened with a little maple syrup if desired.
  3. Pour into shallow bowl and garnish as you like.
