Avocado & Chocolate Ice Cream

Not your traditional ice-cream- but delicious all the same

  • 2 cups cream (35% fat)
  • 14oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or grated chocolate
  1. In a clean, dry, chilled mixing bowl, beat the cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mash the avocado into a paste like texture and add/stir into the condensed milk.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the avocado mixture.
  4. Gently stir in the chocolate chips. Transfer to a freezer proof container and freeze until solid.
