Join the Chefs of Social Food Project at Prahran Market in this zero-waste Masterclass. This workshop is designed to inspire you how to get creative with food and teach you how to reduce food waste at home. Think pickled vegetables, rainbow chard chips and leafy greens pesto.
They provide the jars, produce and ingredients, and recipes will be put online and sent around after the workshop.
Tickets cost: $35 per person and includes 3 x jars of preserves for you to take home.
