First up, there’ll be a ticketed, 60-minute demo and tasting by Wonderbao founder, Andrew Wong, and Libertea’s Chief Tea Officer, Kaishan Wu, who’ll be showing how traditional steamed baos are made and explaining how to pair flavours to complement Asian dishes in a brewing demo. You’ll get a taste too, with the team treating each ticket holder to 3 traditional steamed baos matched perfectly with selected teas, as well as a take home pack to enjoy later.
Following the demo, freshly brewed tea and ready-to-eat steamed baos will be available for all Market-goers to purchase until 3pm. Vegan/vegetarian options available.
