Moreton Bay bugs may seem a little tricky to cook with but Tobie will show you how to make an impressive dish that’s perfect for a group of friends to nibble on during those hot summer nights. He also has a super easy salmon dish, which uses just a few ingredients. It’s so impressive, we promise you’ll want to recreate this one at home.

Sunday, December 10 – How to pre-prepare for Christmas Day and how to do a whole turkey  

Demo 1: It’s the one day of the year you should be enjoying with your family, yet you are navigating your way around dishes that you cook once a year.  In 45 minutes Tobie will give you a 3-day preparation guide for the lead up to Christmas. This means you can be in all the family pics and enjoy all the food, hassle-free.

Demo 1: Tobie will show you how to make his version of Christmas stuffing and how to have the turkey ready the day before.
