Maker & Monger’s Christmas Cheese Showcase is back for another year of festive fun! Join the team on Saturday 7th December at 2 pm in the Omega Neil Perry Kitchen for a Cheese & Wine tasting showcasing the must have cheeses for your festive season celebrations.
You’ll get a chance to taste some incredible cheeses that will be available this Christmas at Maker & Monger, from natural rinded goat’s milk Chabichou du Poitou to the Rogue River Special Reserve from Oregon, USA (the most sought after blue in the country at Christmas), with delicious matching wine from Mosaique Wines, importers of artisanal South West French wines.
After the tasting there will also be a demonstration of how to compose the perfect platter for your friends and loved ones during the Festive season, as well as a how-to in infusing triple cream bries with truffle or berries. You’ll even get the opportunity to pre-order your cheeses for Christmas with a 10% discount on all orders.
