This Sunday, July 23, Anthony Femia of Maker & Monger and Darren Purchese of Burch & Purchese will team up up to offer shoppers the chance to try two of the toasties featured in Darren’s newly released book, Chefs Eat Toasties Too.
Anthony worked with Darren to create some of the epic toasties offered in the book and now Market-goers can try two delicious toasties first-hand – one sweet, one savoury! Darren will also be available for book signings on the day and is more than happy to chat about his new release.

Tivoli Road Bakery croissant with mascarpone, vanilla and strawberries, layered in poppin’ candy chocolate sauce $11
