Do your kids love cheese? Then this school holiday workshop is for them! Join Eat for Life as they run this exciting ‘Kids and Curds’ School Holiday Workshop.
Starting with a brief introduction to all things cheese (including the five food groups, nutritional benefits of dairy and serving sizes), kids will also participate in two fun, hands-on activities, with plenty of cheese to be tasted and tested!
Cheese Tasting: Kids will taste and rate five different kinds of cheese which have been expertly paired with a matching, seasonal fruit. Let’s try something new!
DIY Cheesy Snack: Kids will create their very own cheesy snack with ingredients already prepared to enjoy as part of the workshop.
All children will also be given a $5 Prahran Market Voucher, a Melt Cookbook by Will Studd (RRP $19.95) and their very own activity sheet to take home as part of the Kids and Curds workshop.
