No one knows this better than author and award-winning foodie blogger, Paola Bacchia, who’s earliest memories are of her mamma’s meat sugo bubbling away on the stove-top and of her father’s grappa distilling in the garage. Paola has since devoted her life to perfecting the art of Italian cooking and on sharing this joy with others.

Join Paola in the Omega and Neil Perry Kitchen Sunday 30 October at 1PM to watch her cook a sample of delicious, authentic recipes from her new cookbook, Italian Street Food.

You’ll pick up expert tips, hear the stories and traditions that have shaped each recipe, and maybe even get a tasty morsel yourself.

Paola will be singing books at the end of her session.  You can purchase your copy for signing from The Essential Ingredient, either before or after the demonstration.
