Join on Saturday, July 22 from 11am-12pm in the Neil Perry Kitchen by Omega for a fun and informative ‘Behind the Rind’ workshop with Maker & Monger – a 101 cheese course featuring 4 main styles of cheese and the story behind their different rinds and flavours.

As you taste these 4 delicious cheeses, Maker & Monger will answer common questions such as:

  • what are the best accompaniments for a great cheese selection?
  • what cheeses are suitable for pregnant women?
  • are there lactose-free cheeses?

Have a better understanding of what cheese styles you enjoy while experimenting with flavours and pairings and be better prepared when hosting your next dinner party.
