Prosciutto, Rocket and Parmesan Pizza

Mouth watering pizza for lunch or dinner, perfect for winter entertaining.

  • 1/3 Pizza Dough Recipe
  • 100g Tomato Paste
  • 100g Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 20g Romano Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 4 Slices Prosciutto
  • 50g Rocket lettuce
  • Olive Oil to drizzle
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Roll out Pizza dough to desired size (approx 20 cm diameter.) Place rolled out dough onto pizza stone or pan.
  3. Spread tomato paste onto pizza dough. Tear Mozzarella and arrange on base. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Arrange prosciutto slices on pizza base. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes (depending on oven) or until lightly browned.
  4. Remove from oven and top with rocket lettuce and drizzle with more oil. Slice and enjoy!
