Neil is proud of his amazing dry-aged grass fed beef-this carefully selected beef is inspected by Neil at the sale yard and then inspected again at the abattoirs to ensure its quality and tenderness. The pure-bred Hereford Cattle  is hormone free and dry-aged for 30 days before it is ready for sale. This unique aging process is paramount to tenderness and superiority. Every one of the Timboon free-range grass fed lambs is also inspected at the abattoirs by Neil to ensure every one stands up to the quality that Neil's Meats is known for. The free-range Victorian Murray Valley Pork is also second to none. Neil's Meats is highly regarded as number 1 by some of Melbourne's finest restaurants for its wide range of veil, to suit any customers. The variety of sausages is amazing with up to eight different flavours available, all made from natural ingredients.
