About
Pacho Taqueria is the Mexican passion project of ex-Fonda group chef Samir Slimane, bringing bold, handmade flavours to Prahran Market. Known for his work at Oltre, Slimane created Pacho as a place to fully dive into the Mexican food he loves. Everything is made on-site, from the masa tortillas to the adobo and chipotle pastes.
The star of the menu is the birria tacos, filled with beef slow-cooked in chilli consommé for seven hours and served in a birria pack with grilled corn and lemon agua fresca. Breakfast tacos, chilaquiles, Margaritas and Mexican beers complete a menu that’s fun, fresh and full of flavour.
