Fatbuoy Lobster is the seafood heavyweight on Commercial Road, led by industry veterans Con Panayides and Daimien Pritchard. Between them, they’ve done just about everything in the fish world — from hosting the Australian Seafood Show to running multiple seafood venues, to, in Daimien’s case, carrying on a five-generation family trade.
Fatbuoy isn’t here to overthink things. It’s about top-notch, locally sourced seafood served in ways people actually want to eat: king crab legs, loaded lobster rolls, prawn boats, sashimi — the works. Fresh, fast, and unapologetically indulgent.
