EXTENDED HOURS FOR THE FESTIVE SEASON
Prahran Market will trade seven days in the lead up to Christmas, making it the only Melbourne food market open on Monday 22 December.
Shop from 7am on Monday 22nd December, and from 5am on Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th December.
Seafood lovers will also enjoy even more variety this year, with two new fishmongers joining the Market. Fatbuoy Lobster, founded by Con Panayides and Daimien Pritchard, opened in November. Portside, the latest venture from chef Stephen Nairn of Omnia Bistro & Bar and Yugen Dining, opens on 11 December. They join Claringbold’s and Prahran Seafood, bringing the total to four specialist fishmongers.
