- Lobster roll combo (roll, chips + drink) for $30 all weekend (Fatbuoy Lobster)

- Lobster tails $99/kg (normally $150/kg), all weekend until sold out (Claringbold’s)
- Lob the Lobster bean-bag toss in Market Square, Saturday 10am–11am. First 30 winners receive a $5 Market gift card
- Free face painting: 10am–12pm both days
- Live flamenco guitar: Elizabeth Street, 11am–2pm both days

REGISTER HERE Valentine’s weekend gets a seafood upgrade.
- Oyster specials across all four fishmongers all weekend
- Fatbuoy Lobster oyster tower with $1 oysters shucked to order (maximum six per person), available 11am to 12pm or until the tower runs dry
- Portside oyster shucking station featuring free oysters from five estuaries, showcasing five oyster hallmarks: brine, creaminess, minerality, sweetness and umami, paired with in-house dressings
- Bubbles special at Portside: NV Louis de Grenelle “Louis Bio” Crémant de Loire for $45 (while stocks last)
- Blackhearts & Sparrows Bubbles Bar in Market Square from 12pm daily, pouring $10 Victorian sparkling wines plus $12 mimosas and spritzes all weekend
- Strings while you shop: Romantic harp and cello duo in the seafood arcade from 11am to 1pm both days
- Jazz in Market Square from 12pm: Saturday with the Market’s resident eight-piece band The Suspects, Sunday with the Orlando Combo
- Free face painting from 10am to 12pm both days
Weekend Three: Sashimi & Sake

REGISTER HERE Japanese-inspired flavours meet fresh local seafood.
- Yugen visits Portside: The two-hatted sushi team from Yugen Dining pops up at Portside with sashimi, nigiri, maki and temaki
- Portside sake tastings all weekend
- Sake Bar in Market Square from 12pm until close, featuring a hand-curated selection of sakes, from crowd favourites to exclusive rare finds
- Fatbuoy Lobster sashimi station from 12pm, with fifth-generation fishmonger Daimien Pritchard breaking down a whole fish, plus free sashimi tastings and pairing notes
- Japanese vinyl DJ in Market Square from 12pm to 3pm both days, bringing ambient, gentle grooves
- Free face painting from 10am to 12pm both days
Weekend Four: Slow & Southern
Saturday 28 February + Sunday 1 March
REGISTER HERE The grand finale brings slow-cooked seafood and New Orleans-style jazz.
- Whole fish specials across all four fishmongers
- Fatbuoy Lobster fires up their smoker for hot-smoked fish all weekend
- Portside tastings including spice-crusted Murray cod and baked Murray cod with sour cream and corn tostada
- $10 Party Punch Bar in Market Square
- Live jazz guitar on Elizabeth Street from 11am to 2pm both days
- Live New Orleans-inspired jazz from the Orlando Combo in Market Square from 12pm to 3pm, plus roaming sets throughout the Market
- Free face painting from 10am to 12pm both days
