Southern Seagreens in Market Square
Seaweed farming requires no soil, fresh water or fertilisers. It’s a zero input crop and it’s packed with protein and nutrients important for human health. It also improves the marine eco-system as it grows. Meet Cam and the team, enjoy tastings and buy their unique products.

Oyster Appreciation 101
Portside
This intimate experience runs as 30-minute guided sessions with a maximum of 6 guests per session, ensuring a hands-on and interactive learning environment. Sessions are available at 12:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, and 3:15pm. Sessions include a dozen oysters, one glass of wine per guest and an oyster knife to take home.
