A Friday night opening followed by two days of celebrating all things burrata. Join us for live mozzarella-making and cooking demonstrations, tastings, live music, exclusive trader specials and a Burrata Trail taking over Prahran Market.

Kick off Burrata Festival with a special opening night at Prahran Market, featuring food, drinks, live music and entertainment.
