From chicken and chorizo to sustainable seafood and vegan paella, their naturally gluten, dairy and nut-free paella will leave you feeling satisfied.

Head to the Paella Truck in Market Square (next to the Bracher Arcade entrance) and check out their drool-worthy menu on your next Market visit.

The Gingerbread Queen

The Gingerbread Queen herself will be popping-up at the Market this festive season, bringing you soft, fresh, and one-of-a-kind gingerbread products designed to bring smiles to friends and family’s faces, one mouthful at a time. They are lovingly crafted using a mixture of the finest ingredients and cups full of passion for ‘baking’ people happy.

Pay The Gingerbread Queen a visit at her stall over in our demonstration kitchen, located in the heart of Harvest Hall.

atiyah – carbon-neutral Lebanese street food

Located in the north-east corner entrance of Prahran Market, atiyah is serving up Lebanese street food from Australia’s first standalone carbon-neutral kitchen.

Fresh, local produce from ethical and sustainable farms create the healthy and delicious menu at atiyah that covers breakfast, lunch and snacks. Think manakish flatbread baked fresh on the traditional saj griddle with toppings and fresh dip as well as meza and salads. There’s also a kids’ menu for those family visits.

Fresh Prince of Baklava

Bringing his amazing baklava flavours to the Market, owner Walleed Rasheed (ex-Masterchef) is excited to be popping-up in Melbourne’s premier food market.

Located in the heart of Harvest Hall, Fresh Prince of Baklava will add a new sweet option for customers. With flavours that include Snickers, Biscoff, Twix, Oreo Cookie alongside pistachio and roasted almond, plus some limited-edition flavours, it will be a must visit stall.

Stir the Pot

Stir the Pot has popped up in Harvest Hall, near the Elizabeth Street entrance to add to its permanent store in the Deli Arcade. Market shoppers will find freshly made pastries, filled bagels, cakes, daily salads and prepared meals that can be eaten immediately or taken home. Dietary requirements are catered for with gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian and vegan options available.

More Traders will be added to the pop-up program through the spring/summer season, so be sure to check this page for updates.
