We’re giving one lucky shopper the chance to win a gift pack worth $100 for mum with our Mother’s Day Competition.
Tell us in 25 words or less about your favourite food memory with mum and you’ll go into the draw to win a Mother’s Day gift pack delivered to the special lady in your life on Mother’s Day, worth $100. Pack includes 2 x Turkish Delight gift boxes from Naheda’s Choice and a bottle of 2019 Six Acres Chardonnay Pet Nat from Blackhearts and Sparrows.
Entrants must include their mother’s delivery postcode along with their response.
Competition closes 5 pm AEST May 4, 2020. Winner will be notified via social media.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The promoter of the Competition is Prahran Market Pty Ltd 163 Commercial Road, South Yarra, 3141
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering this competition, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Conditions of Entry.
3. The total value of the prize pool is approximately $100.
4. Entry is open to all permanent Australian residents who are over the age of 18, currently residing in Australia excluding the directors, management and employees (and all their immediate families) of the promoter and associated agencies.
5. Prahran Market’s ‘Mother’s Day Facebook Competition’ commences 4 pm AEST May 1, 2020, and finishes on May 4, 2020, at AEST 5 pm.
6. To take part in the ‘Mother’s Day Facebook Competition’, eligible participants are required to ‘like’ us and ‘comment’ on the competition post on the Prahran Market Facebook page, and tell us in 25 words or less about your favourite food memory with mum. Entrants must include their mother’s delivery postcode with their response.
7. All eligible entries must be entered by 5 pm AEST on the due date of May 4, 2020.
8. No late entries will be accepted.
9. One entry per person.
10. No liability will be accepted for late, delayed or misdirected entries.
11. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
12. The draw will be conducted by and take place at Prahran Market Pty Ltd 163 Commercial Road, South Yarra, 3141 on May 5, 2020.
13. Winner will be notified by social media. The Winner will be contacted on May 5, 2020. The winner MUST confirm their acceptance of the prize by return email by 12 noon AEST May 6, 2020.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
15. Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone, or amend this competition for any reason. Prahran Market’s decision is final.
16. The winners release the Promoter from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the Promoters of the prize. Prizes that contain Platters will be pre-made by the traders at their discretion.
17. All entry details become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use the name and photograph of the prize winner(s) for promotional purposes without compensation unless the prize winner(s) advises the Promoter otherwise when accepting the prize. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information provided for facilitating the promotion, awarding prizes and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, and disclosing that information to its related entities and contractors for those purposes. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter sending future marketing materials to Entrants including by electronic messages. Entrants may ask the Promoter to access that personal information and request that corrections be made to it.
18. In the event of a prize not being claimed, a new winner will be selected and notified on May 7, 2020.
19. All entry details of the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use the name of the prize winner(s) for promotional purposes without compensation unless the prize winner(s) advises the Promoter otherwise when accepting the prize. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information provided for facilitating the promotion, awarding prizes and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, and disclosing that information to its related entities and contractors for those purposes. The winners’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as required by law. 20. Prize will be delivered via the Market’s delivery service on Mother’s Day. Please note, delivery may be delayed. Winner will be notified if this is the case.
