HOW TO ENTER:
We’re giving 2 lucky newsletter subscribers the chance to win a food delivery worth $200 from their favourite Prahran Market Trader.
Tell us in 25 words or less which Trader you love most and why, and you’ll go into the draw to receive a delivery of Market produce from that Trader worth $200.
Responses must be emailed to marketing@prahranmarket.com.au and must include the entrant’s postage address.
Competition closes 5 pm AEST March 31, 2020. Winners will be notified by email.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The promoter of the Competition is Prahran Market Pty Ltd 163 Commercial Road, South Yarra, 3141
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering this competition, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Conditions of Entry.
3. The total value of the prize pool is approximately $400, with each prize pack amounting to $200 each.
4. Entry is open to newsletter subscribers that are permanent Australian residents who are over the age of 18, currently residing in Australia excluding the directors, management and employees (and all their immediate families) of the promoter and associated agencies.
5. Prahran Market’s ‘March Newsletter Subscriber Competition’ commences 4 pm AEST March 17, 2020, and finishes on March 31, 2020, at AEST 5 pm.
6. To take part in the Competition, Eligible Participants are required to email marketing@prahranmarket.com.au and tell us in a 25 word or less statement which Market Trader they love most and why.
7. All eligible entries must be entered by 5 pm AEST on the due date of March 31, 2020.
8. No late entries will be accepted.
9. One entry per person.
10. No liability will be accepted for late, delayed or misdirected entries.
11. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and are put together at the Trader’s discretion.
12. The draw will be conducted by and take place at Prahran Market Pty Ltd 163 Commercial Road, South Yarra, 3141 on April 1, 2020. *This date is subject to change.
13. Winners will be notified by email. The Winners will be contacted on April 1, 2020. The winners MUST confirm their acceptance of the prize by return email by 12 noon AEST April 2, 2020. *This date is subject to change.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
13. Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone, or amend this competition for any reason. Prahran Market’s decision is final.
14. The winners release the Promoter from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the Promoters of the prize. Prizes that contain Platters will be pre-made by the traders at their discretion.
15. All entry details become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use the name and photograph of the prize winner(s) for promotional purposes without compensation unless the prize winner(s) advises the Promoter otherwise when accepting the prize. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information provided for facilitating the promotion, awarding prizes and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, and disclosing that information to its related entities and contractors for those purposes. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter sending future marketing materials to Entrants including by electronic messages. Entrants may ask the Promoter to access that personal information and request that corrections be made to it.
16. In the event of a prize not being claimed, a new winner will be selected and notified on April 3, 2020. *This date is subject to change.
17. All entry details of the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use the name of the prize winner(s) for promotional purposes without compensation unless the prize winner(s) advises the Promoter otherwise when accepting the prize. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information provided for facilitating the promotion, awarding prizes and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, and disclosing that information to its related entities and contractors for those purposes. The winners’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as required by law.
