We recognise that there are members of our community who require further access to essential produce at this time. To assist these customers, select Traders will be opening outside of normal Trading hours next Wednesday 25 March between 9 am – 12 noon, to allow those most vulnerable to stock up on meat, fish, fruit & vegetables and cheese.
The Market will ONLY be accessible to the elderly, individuals with disabilities and carers during this time.
When: Wednesday 25th March, 9 am – 12 noon
Where: Prahran Market, Commercial Road (Deli entrance) and Elizabeth Street (near Market Lane Coffee entry), South Yarra
Security will be checking ID at the door and customers will need to provide at least one of the following current documents:
• Photo ID showing the customer is aged 60 or over
• Pensioner Concession Card or Commonwealth Senior Health Card
• Seniors Card issued by a State Government
• Disability access permit issued by government or council
• Companion Card issued by State Government Department
• Victorian Carer Card
