Having recently launched her book, Single Serve, Louise is promoting her inspiring collection of recipes aimed at those cooking for one.
In the Single series she’s created a range of recipes, which tick all the boxes – simple to prepare, easy to execute and healthy and delicious.
On Saturday, she will serve up four of her favourite dishes. Think chicken with orange sauce to fennel crusted tuna and everyone’s favourite: classic gnocchi.
