The winner (and your tagged friend) will each win $100 to spend at Claringbold’s Seafood to create your own dream seafood tray.
Competition closes 5 pm AEDST Monday February 22, 2021. Winners will be selected at random and notified via social media. Winners must be able to collect their prize from the Market, in-person on an agreed date.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The promoter of the Competition is Prahran Market Pty Ltd 163 Commercial Road, South Yarra, 3141
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering this competition, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Conditions of Entry.
3. The total value of the prize pool is $200.
4. Entry is open to all permanent Australian residents who are over the age of 18, excluding the directors, management and employees (and all their immediate families) of the promoter and associated agencies.
5. Prahran Market’s ‘Claringbold’s X Prahran Market Seafood Tray Instagram Competition’ commences 4 pm AEDT February 8, 2021, and finishes on February 22, 2021, at AEDT 5 pm.
6. To take part in the ‘Claringbold’s X Prahran Market Seafood Tray Instagram Competition’, eligible participants are required to ‘follow’ @prahranmarket and @claringboldsseafood, ‘like’ the competition post on the Prahran Market Instagram page OR the Claringbold’s Instagram page, as well as tag a fellow seafood-loving friend, in the comments. Tagged friends must also be following @prahranmarket and @claringboldsseafood for entries to be eligible.
7. All eligible entries must be entered by 5 pm AEDT on the due date of February 22, 2021.
8. No late entries will be accepted.
9. No liability will be accepted for late, delayed or misdirected entries.
10. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. The draw will be conducted by and take place at Prahran Market Pty Ltd 163 Commercial Road, South Yarra, 3141 on February 24, 2021.
12. Winner will be notified by social media. The Winner will be contacted on February 24, 2021. The winner MUST confirm their acceptance of the prize by return email by 5 pm AEDT February 26, 2020.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
14. Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone, or amend this competition for any reason. Prahran Market’s decision is final.
15. The winners release the Promoter from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the Promoters of the prize.
16. In the event of a prize not being claimed, a new winner will be selected and notified on February 27, 2021.
17. All entry details of the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use the name of the prize winner(s) for promotional purposes without compensation unless the prize winner(s) advises the Promoter otherwise when accepting the prize. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information provided for facilitating the promotion, awarding prizes and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, and disclosing that information to its related entities and contractors for those purposes. The winners’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as required by law. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter sending future marketing materials to Entrants including by electronic messages. Entrants may ask the Promoter to access that personal information and request that corrections be made to it.
18. Winners must be able to collect their prize from the Market at an agreed date.
