Santa will also be here on Saturday 15 December for you to take a XMAS photo with your pooch! Details here.
In a special weekend to really get you in the mood for the #Feastival to come – on Saturday 15 December you can catch Tobie Puttock demonstrating some of his XMAS Favourites (details here) in our Omega Neil Perry Demonstration Kitchen, and Flawless Flowers will be showing you some great ways with flowers for the season (details here).
If you’re after cheese inspiration, check out this Christmas Cheese Showcase (and Wine Tasting) event hosted by Maker & Monger on Saturday 8 December (details here).
There also will be a special Chanukah celebration for the ones at the Market on Sunday 9 December, hosted by Chabad Malvern supported by Prahran Market, head here for details.
On Saturday 15 December you also catch Tobie Puttock doing a book signing at Essential Ingredient of his new book Super Natural – just in time for Christmas! (details here)
The following day, Sunday 16 December, we’ve got some quick sessions with Traders talking tips with ham, turkey, seafood, cheese and more! (details here) – all MC’d by Tobie Puttock. So bring your questions to this one – its an opportunity too good to miss.
We’ll have live music in Market Square on Saturday and Sunday in Market Square weekends as usual, if you’d like to chill for a bit (like we plan to).
And to really get us in the mood, we’ll have The Salvation Army Carollers at the Market from Thursday 20th December (12midday – 2pm)
This Season, Prahran Market is delighted to be supporting two charities in conjunction with our Christmas campaign. All gold coin proceeds from your photos with Santa will go to the Uniting Prahran – Food For Families campaign. Our donation to The Salvation Army for Carollers will go to their Lighthouse Cafe serving meals to people in need, as well as their 24hour helpline.
