Meet Jenny from Anatolia Gozleme Kitchen

The maker of Melbourne’s Best Gozleme!

Jenny, the cook behind Anatolian Gozleme Kitchen, prepares and cooks her traditional Turkish delicacies every day – including Melbourne’s best gozleme.

From Turkish Bread, to eggplant stuffed with fresh mince, to traditional lamb kofta with potatoes, she prepares and bakes her wares every morning.

For the vegetarians, her meat free cabbage rolls and vegetarian rice dishes are tasty and satisfying, not to mention her spinach and cheese borek and gozleme.

Her gozleme and boreks are made from scratch- the fillings are lovingly prepared by hand, whether it be spinach and cheese, meat or capsicum.

You’ll find Jenny daily, at her gozleme station, rolling out the dough (and making it look so easy!) before stuffing it with her delicious fillings and then frying it on the hot plate.

Jenny loves the Market and the Market loves Jenny – she’s known fondly amongst the traders and staff as ‘mum’. She is passionate about cooking and loves that she’s able to do it at her stall, every day.
