If stored correctly, Baklawa can remain crisp and crunchy for over two weeks.
Mike from Abla’s Patisserie recommends storing your Baklawa in an air tight container. “If you put Baklawa in the fridge, it will go soggy” he said.
“Put it in an air tight container and store it in the pantry- it will stay beautifully crisp and crunchy for a few weeks at least- if you’re able to resist it for that long!”
